Dear EMGS
I’ve apllird for a visa renewal in November. My grades are mostly A and B nothing less than C and my cgpa is good. However my attendance for the 2 semesters before the current one is bad due to loss of 2 close family members of mine. I was grieving alone which was hard on me to go on everyday without my family. However in the current semester i became mentally better and more eager to do better. My grades never fell back, I’ve always maintained high grades. My attendance now is around 90% i only have 2 semesters left, i finished all subjects required for my programme. Now i’m doing internship then final project. My institution is telling me that EMGS might decline my application. I’ve already sent and explanation letter from me and a supporting letter from my head of department. What are the chances that my application will be denied? It is currently 90% and it is in sha alam EMGS.

  If its 90% it means your supporting letter is ready to be submitted along with the passport to the immigration office in shah alam, it depends on the immigration office now whether they approve it or reject it.
