I, Mohammad Sekandar Ali Miaje, am a Bangladeshi student, bearing the passport no. BF0901963, applied in UTHM for Civil Engineering in 2016 for September 2017 admission. At the same time I applied in K-UTECH, UTHM holding, for English course. I communicated K-UTECH representative in July 2016 and according to their instruction, I paid their required fees on 10.10.2016. According to their first offer letter, I must start the English course from December 2016 so that I can complete it UTHM in September 2017 and join. But, still now, that means for 2 years, I am waiting for my required VISA documents to join them. They applied for my VISA 2 times. First time it was approved on 23rd January 2017, but it was neither sent to me nor they offered me the course on due time. They not even bothered to give me explanation about the delay.
When the first VISA was expired, after a long discussion K-UTECH UTHM agreed to apply again for my VISA so that I can start in February 2018. Accordingly the application was filed on 19th September 2017 with EMGS along with the new offer letter from UTHM since the first offer letter time period was over. But again the authority failed to complete the procedure on time and meanwhile 2nd time offer letter from UTHM is expired. Now immigration office is asking for new offer letter to complete the procedure. International office passed the information to PPA and now PPA is asking me to apply again.
I am really exhausted in these 2 years and felt harassed by all your departments and other associates. It seems, they don’t have proper internal communication and agreement with each other. You are the last hope to me to resolve all the internal matter and help me to get the calling VISA and join UTHM ASAP.
