My application stats shows
We regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with this application as the Immigration Department of Malaysia system shows an active application linked to this passport number (Reference no: ). The institute is required to cancel the active pass and revert to EMGS with supporting documents showing that the earlier application has been cancelled.
But it’s not increase until now. So anybody tell me how many days want to complete my visa.

  First; you must cancel the old application that is still active, then you can resubmit again for ur aplication to start progressing accordenly.

  Mine is the same! If the institution cancelled your visa, the immigration department shohld cancel it in this step!! Mine is steel active after 32 days!!! I really dont know why immigration department dont cancel my previous VAL!!
