Finally my visa has 100% completed as per today. May everyone who is still in process will be soon granted as well. Here is my timeline1 Mar : Landed Malaysia (got stamped Special pass for 30 days)
3 Mar : Medical Check up
3 – 6 Mar :(70% green) 3 days
7 Mar : (75% green) 1 day
8 – 20 Mar :(80% green) 12 days

I believe i still need to wait for several things such as IKAD and STUDENT ID CARD.
How long does it take to process THE IKAD and to where should i apply to?
And also about dependent pass. I wish someone can share the recent experience in applying dependent pass (the timeline and procedure)

ikad takes about 10 days
When it started showing in the app , I went to visa unit and found it ready with the medical insurance card
My passport has been submitted to immigration since 21 May while its only 80%. Still hasn’t changed since then
