You need to submit your passport to your institute, and they’ll submit it to the EMGS.

Thanks Elshaimaa for appreciated replay,,,,I already sent these documents To UM before,,,,should I going going to Malaysian embassy in Egypt to get student visa and travel or waiting until 100% finish papers EMGS.

  U need to go to the Malaysian embassy in egypt and get Single entry visa then u can go to malaysia when u arrive give the university ur passport to transfer ur single visa to multiple student visa

Go to the Malaysian embassy in Saudi Arabia, with your VAL and I guess Offer letter, and give them ur passport, you’ll receive it afterwards within a few days . ( I don’t know if you need to pay fees)
