no that’s the problem, I have no information at all, I contacted my institution and they told me it’s in progress with Emgs and im not able to reach emgs by phone since this morning.

Since, it was a long weekend holiday due to Chinese New year things will progress really slow. May be u can get some notification by Wednesday

Hello, I am Noraiz from Pakistan. I am also going to Univ of Malaya for Doctor of Philosophy.( Internationsl Relations), my VAL is also pending since 12th Feb ,2018. Even my student record not yet created.Still waiting.

Hello, I am going to UM as well. My application has been at the immigration stage since feb 6th and now they say it’s on hold because they need some documents from EMGS.
