Firsty do not wear white tshirt and shirt… and it must 35mm wide and 50 mm in length. Your head should fill 50-60% of the entire picture. There needs to be a 10 mm gap between the top of your head and the top of the picture. Same from chin to bottom of photo.

If the problem is to change the size of your pic just search in google for this and specify the number of pixels required and download your picture.

Go to any expert photographer and till him I want a photo for Schengen visa, it’s more famous from malaysian visa and both of them have the same requirements.

@ousman you should contact both UTM and EMGS. In my case, UTM emailed the proof of payment to EMGS just after one or two days EMGS requested it and EMGS normally have to update one day after receiving the proof of payment.
