My passport number is 09727300, I submitted my visa renewal application to my institution on the 28th of November but the app doesn’t show that I have any application in progress. Can you please check if it’s submitted for me? Because I need to return to my home country on January Thank you.

  Based on our record, your passport with the student pass is ready for collection by the institution on 16 December 2025. As such, we advise that you liaise with the institution for the collection of the passport accordingly.
