@translation ok can i book my hotel on airport cuz i cannot book through my safetravel its not accepting my cards from my country

Two isssues: 1) Your flight operator may deny you boarding if you fail to show him quarantine booking.
2) When you arrive at Kuala Lumpur Airport, how do you guarantee that quarantine hotels are not fully booked?Talk to safetravel concerning payment.

The mysafetravel site lets you pay through its portal or submit proof that you booked a quarantine hotel there. Don’t know if you can pay for covid screening at the airport for hotel quarantine. I saw people paying for screenings at the Kuala Lumpur Airport, though.
