Emgs will soon upload ur VAL on your online visa portal and yes you can travel on VAL to Malaysia

Congratulations on the approval of your application. The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.

Rejected at 90%!? It means you travelled to Malaysia then get rejected ?
Is it because of post medical report ?

Can possible … val is valid for 6 months .. anything u can come
VAL is valid for 6 months from the issue date.
