My application is still showing Rejected due to the application my formal school did for me ,so now my new school can not surmit my new application because old one is still showing active and rejected so how can I drop the old application so the new one can be surmised

Hello can any one advice me please my old school don’t want to give me Release letter and they can’t help me to get Visa and I got offer from another school they want to help me to clear my over stay so I will go home and wait for my approval so what can I do to this school

  What is the reason they dont wanna give you a release letter? Did you have oustanding fees need to be paid for?
