Your wish. It’s not compulsory to complete registration before travelling. You would have 7 days there at University for completion. Coordinate it with your University. As per my experience of public university, it wasn’t an issue.
Indians need Sev as on Malaysia website and it is also mentioned on eval. But ur saying u got evisa. I am totally confused. And website for evisa is under maintenance. I am in Delhi. Can u please explain me the process. Should I go for Sev to embassy. Or should I apply for evisa?
I got evisa in 5 days from Chennai, eVAL, offer Letter, passport, that’s enough. Good luck

Should I do online college registration before applying for Sev ? My college sent a mail to pay fee and do registration before entering Malaysia ….
