It seems that our student card is also a debit card from maybank? I’m not sure

Hi, can foreigner buy or use myrapid concession card? Or it just for malaysian citizen only?

Yes you can. Both citizen or non citizen can use.

It takes about a couple of hours due to the long queue but the checkup itself isnt too long.

New international students are required to attend a medical screening at a panel clinic in Malaysia within 7 working days of their arrival date. The time frame for the completion of the process will depend on clinic itself.
