@tinashem I already have my Val approved and downloaded but I have requested for a change in Passport number because my old passport has just 2 pages left. I understand. My flight ticket was bought because I already had a val and I didnt know asking for amendments means going through whole immigration approval and download again. I’d appreciate if it can be a bit quicker as I already purchased flight. Thanks

Hi emgs officer, my process is 0 percent and it says waiting for institution to submit documents and payment. I want to know how long the process will take wgen the payment and documents is submited. Thanks
