I think it was a working day on Friday. Byt this is my second VAL . I had to cancel the first one due to a mistake in my degree .I applied for the first one in Nov and took more than 2 months to be approved cuz the approval from institution took way too much . So applied for this that I’ve just got on January.

Okay, did you also counted last week frinday among those working days or was EMGS closed that day?

You can travel right away. 70% to 100% is all about post arrival stuffs. As far as the dependent pass is concerned, I’m afraid I don’t really have any info on that. Good luck!

Samar you can bring your spouse on visit visa pass after your arrival and after your registration you can apply for there dependant pass throught your institute

Just go to the track application tab on the EMGS website. You’ll find the download button on the right.

I’m sorry too many questions running in my head right now , do you think that I have to wait till it reaches 100% or Am I free to travel now ?
Also what about my spouse does he need a visa and if so what kind of visa should he apply for ?

Walaikumassalam. Alhamdulillah.
Applicants from Libya do not require the Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia. However, you are required to present your VAL at the point of entry.
Use a laptop or desktop to download your eVAL. You cannot download it on a mobile phone.

My visa 35% and me studies started on 21 st of January , it all gonna depend on your application, which documents missing and etc

Valeriya could you plz tell me what it says in your offerl letter. Mine says this offer is valid until the 15th of Feb. I mean do univerities take into account any delays occurs?

Dear samar, l’m returning PhD student,
first you need to check with visa unit at UM , depending on the notes with is explaining 15%
And your are a master student or phD , and you will study as mixed mode or research mode , so i can help you further-

I apllied for a master mixed mode programme do you think I can make it for the Mid of Feb .I applied on the 18th of Jan cuz I was waiting for the offer letter which I received on the 16th of Jan.
