Hello there, I have a little inquiry to make. Can Students apply for e-visa with VAL? A quick response will be appreciated. Thank you.

  Yes. I’m aware of that but my qus is can students apply for e-visa using VAL? Some says e-visa is only for social pass and that is what I’m confused about.
