Dear emgs officer,

My name is muhammad salman al farisi and paspor number is e4680939 I apologize, but I would like to complain. It has been 7 days today, and there has been no progress in my visa application. Please expedite the visa process, or is it normal for the visa processing to take this long, even exceeding 2 months? Do you not have the authority to expedite the visa process? If you have the authority, please expedite my visa process today. I have been waiting for too long and have changed documents too many times. Thank you.
