I submitted several photo passports but all didn’t meet EMGS requirements. Please guys, guide me on what to do. Thank you

  It’s very common case. You should just try different shop and try to follow guidelines which they gave to you and keep asking what’s wrong with each one

  After 2 failed attempts at taking my photo i used https://visafoto.com/my-emgs-online-photo
  
  Unfortunately, it’s not free. But the photo was accepted by EMGS.
