He can pay through Mysafetravel, or he should have cash to pay in the Airport for quarantine, around 3900 RM

He isn’t eligible to pay using mysafetravel.

Students are to complete the online payment for the quarantine and the COVID-19 Screening Test through MySafeTravel (www.safetravel.myeg.com.my) / MyQr application by MyEG (www.myeg.gov.my) and provide the payment slip at the international entry point upon arrival.

Thank you for replying me back. But for this student particularly the situation is a bit different because he is unable to register from the above mentioned website by you because he is not receiving any OTP from that website and also he is not 18 years old so if anyone else is trying to put his details in the web form there’s no option for putting his Date of Birth in 2004. I hope you understand this problem and give us a solution. Thank you.

Yes my friend is studying Diploma in Multimedia University and also I have emailed to the mysafetravel help desk and patiently waiting for them to reply me back. Since many of the other students are informing that payment can be done upon arrival , I just wanted to make sure about it. If you have any information regarding that please update here. Thank you.
