Dear EMGS officer.
My institute submitted my passport for special pass because my visa renewal is pending waiting for academic result and attendance. My question is that is the special pass approved or net yet ? The second question : is my institute needs to collect my passport after special pass and re submit it to emgs again or not ? Passport number 07254183

  Hi Saleh, please be informed that Immigration Department has issued special pass on the 31st of May 2021. Kindly note that we will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
  
  Kindly note that the Immigration Department of Malaysia is not accepting passports for student pass endorsement. Rest assured, we will notify the institution once we receive any update.
