So would I still be able to stay for that long without applying for anything? So I just collect my passport and wait for a flight to be available? Even if it’s gonna take a couple more months?

The visa is expiring on 3rd of April, and since they cannot process it until 14th of April, the visa will be then expired and I’d need to apply for a special pass on 15th as advised.
