Ok then after 4 days your application will be at immigration department then after that will take nearly 7 days to be approved and able to download after

My university is UMT and also stuck in 5%.how can we solve this problem.

My record created at 7/9/2018 and it is still 5%any one know how many days need to complete the VAL? I paid the tax.
