Told me 1_4 working days from 27-9_2018 to submit your application to immigration for the val approval.

Ok then after 4 days your application will be at immigration department then after that will take nearly 7 days to be approved and able to download after

Which University? Mine was also created on 7/9/18 and still stuck in 5%
