How many working days emgs takes currently for student pass renewal? Supporting letter is couriered to university (usm) or sent electronically?

Courier is taking 4-5 Days to move from Kuala lampur to Kota bharu.

Emgs takes a lot of time to courier the letter for student pass endoresement. Why can’t it just email the approval to concerned institution? You need to upgrade your system for student pass approval.

Should we expect to receive emgs notification on our student pass renewal on Friday, Saturday and Sunday after working hours?

My passport number is AA5923843. Status is still stuck on 20%. It is for student pass renewal. Can something be done to expedite the process as I have to travel on 3rd May and need my passport back before that.
