You can pay through institutions

Please be informed that you may choose the option Pay through Institution if you would like to pay via interbank transfer or bank draft. You will be required to submit the proof of payment to your institution in order for them to forward it to EMGS.

You can do it from any place I have done from AFIP they charged 5500 and lost authentic one.For EVAL you don’t need medical.

No need to go to embassy.All the documents are in pdf format.So you can download and make a copy
