My offer letter was for september intake.But as I got my VAL lately so I was deferred to February intake.My question is If I want to apply for my single entry visa.Do I need a offer letter of february intake ? or can I apply with the old one ? You will subtmit passport to your University after reaching in Malaysia, at this moment just focus on your arrival in Malaysia.

Mine is 45% too.But it’s good to see that after apealing your application turned green very quickly.But mine took 15-18 days after apealing.By the in which university r you planning to go ?

Its better to consult with your Institution but the VAL is only valid for 6 months starting from the release date. If your VAL is still valid until February then its Ok to come with SEV to Malaysia.
