Is there any way to make the process faster after submitting the passport to the university, I already reached 70% and in Malaysia, I have to submit the passport to the university ASAP after medical check. But need to travel out of Malaysia for urgent matter in the 4th of Dec

I got stuck as 35 %, they need form the institute the details of Accommodation after quarantine, I sent to institute, and to emgs, it\’s not working, passport O421216, hopefully someone can guide me.
