Almost within 14 days if immigration doesn’t require any other documents from student
Preferably ten days earlier to finish with the quarantine and perform the medical tests for emgs. Make sure that you plan it so that the end of the quarantine does not coincide with weekend.
Is there a reason why the end of quarantine shouldn’t coincide with the weekend?
This is my suggestion from experience. If your quarantine ends on Sunday, you can complete your procedures at the university immediately on Monday. In this way, you are gaining at least three days of working days. However if the quarantine ends on Friday, then you lose Saturday and Sunday which could have otherwise used to submit your passport or do anything else useful at the university. Time is of the essence and we try to make the best use of it.
