I submitted my renewal application through the official Universiti Malaya Google Form on December 31, 2024. I completed all required documentation and made the necessary payment well within the designated timeline to ensure timely processing. However, I have since learned that the university’s visa office was closed for the holiday period, which resulted in a significant delay in forwarding my application to EMGS.
I am writing to you with growing concern as I have a confirmed flight departure on January 29, 2025. While I fulfilled all my responsibilities as a student by submitting my application and payment promptly, the administrative delay at the university level—which was beyond my control—has placed me in a very difficult position.
I sincerely appeal to your understanding and request that you kindly expedite the processing of my application. Missing this flight would not only result in substantial financial loss but would also disrupt my academic schedule and cause significant personal hardship.
