Try calling emgs center to enquire, not sure if it will be considered overstaying because you already mentioned that renewal process started, so check with them.
Renewal takes time I’m not sure if you will get your passport on time to travel.
But don’t worry about overstaying, they charge very minimum fine.

i submitted yesterday for the process due to some problems but i am looking for some solution where i dont have to leave this country

No any other solution, because they only do renewal now and you have to apply at least before 3 months from expiration date.
Only thing is to fly back and come with visit visa if you are planning to stay for short while
