Hello !
FYI Travel Authorization only have 90 days validity therefore you need to email EMGS to cancel the Travel Authorization and apply new application again then after you got the approval please apply for SEV with your travel authorization after that please be aware that IF you emgs renewal closed or reach 100% before passport submission before your arrival please email EMGS first to open the application again through formal letter from your institution then if all clear you can travel to malaysia then submit your passport
Note : SEV is only for expired student pass
