Yes u need to inform your college so they will send a representative to pick you up but it’s compulsory to inform them a week before your arrival

It takes 7-10 days for approval then if done it becomes 38% then 1 day after you will get VAL and becomes 70%.

You mentioned above that you are in malaysia. So take you offer letter and VAL and apply SEV to the nearest malaysian embassy in your country.

It depends. This stage your documents are in the immigration for approval and it takes 7 to 10 days to response. If your documets are accurate you can be approved. If not delay may occur.

1 day after this stage you will get your VAL Inshaa Allah. And stage will be 70-75%
