Im planning to fly end if this month. It’s so difficult to find a flight from India to KL. And then there are couple flights from Chennai

You definitely have to wait until you get the eVal. Then apply for SEV at the embassy as a student

Or you can mail the documents to the embassy. Try to contact any travel company or agents. They could help with that

Yeah exactly, they told us to go directly to the embassy or consulate to obtain SEV. It shouldn’t be eVisa
