My application is at 70% and saying VAL is approved and ready to download, how do i download it? And why isnt it 100% after being approved and ready to download, is there more things needed? View

Download from web. Mobile app cant download the val. 100 percent after u submit your pasdport for student pass endorsement.
For Downloading VAL you need to login from Desktop or Laptop.. You can’t download it from mobile app..
Your application status will reach 100% once you do the post medical screening upon your arrival and getting the sticker of student pass in your passport..
