Normally Application gets rejected because of the doubtful documents. Normally if you have 1/2 years or more study gap then they start to doubt. Then you need to attest your certificate from the education board, education ministry, foreign ministry. Attesting any certificate from the ministry is totally free. Hi Iurii, I hope not. Even i had 2 gap years and still i was able to apply and get the VAL. Currently I’m an undergrad student of UM

Sakib Ahmed, You may need to submit additional documents to emgs. Read the notification or your mail to know what kind of documents they asked you to submit or if you apply through an agent then ask them.
