Keep emailing and calling them. Mark you email’s subject with “Prompt Attention Required”. The case was similar with me, you have to keep nagging them.(ofcourse this is when your university has submitted the documents and you have made sure that they indeed have). Get an international plan and call them.

I did they said after 35% it’s completely at the discretion of immigration department so emgs can’t help.I’m really worried

All universities are doing hybrid until everyone comes back.
So I recommend you to pay so u dont miss anything and when u are back join them.

1) i think u got ur TA cuz from what i heard from new students they received their TA at 35% and eval at 70% so check emgs website
2) emgs only process ur visa on working days only like from monday – thursday

If new student dont apply for it you will get it on 35% then get the val in 70%. If old student with expired visa yes u need to apply from emgs website.
