Dear emgs,
My passport number is W46280501 .
My institute has submitted all needed documents but my status stucked on 15 percent with yellow color?
Also, I provide withdrawal Letter regard emgs’s advice via my previous institute because of notification to submit academic result.
Why after submitting this required Letter it is still pending to submit academic result?

  Hello s mardomi,
  
  We have received the attendance certificate you have provided. However, please take note that as you have obtained Student pass previously from UCSI, you are required to provide academic results which you have obtained from UCSI. We will resume the process of your application once we received the document. It is highly recommended for you to liaise with your institution regarding this matter. Thank you.
