For student pass renewal, I have submitted all the documents needs via Monash University 12 days ago, and the university told me the documents had been passed to emgs in 2nd, Jan already. but my progress emgs still shows 0%.
Would you please look into it and help me out? 🙏 My passport number is EG4647526.
