Not sure if there is such a form. When I arrived at the airolport, I had to scan a qrc that directed me to a form to be filled in.

The update did not pre-condition the booster on a waiting period. For our safety, however, we need to understand that the booster (according to medical research) needs at least seven days to start producing positive results.

Mariam, I read somewhere today they are restricting travel from Pakistan. Do you have any know knowledge about that and if that really is the case, students won’t be allowed either?
