My son is jordanian..had visa for limkokwing ..then visa was cancelled because changed to uniten university..and had already on his passport…he passed first special semester now wants to change programme in same college ..as we asked emgs has to cancel and get new visa..My question is does it take time to proceeding like first time as this change is in same college?

  My son register in limko multimedia then cancel visa because change to uniten multimedia and visual effect and got visa then came to malysia.with this visa…he passed first semester then decided to change programme to cybersecurity means will be second change..does he has the right to get new visa ?
