If you meant about visa approval letter “VAL” then extension will not be allowed as per new immigration rules & regulations.

dont know why r u worried bro.if the uni itself is telling u to start the process in october then u should listen to them.if u want to start early then u should ask them about that…

Actually I have some other issues to fix, so if I can complete the application process till the end of September then it will be good

follow what ur uni is telling u. if it is must that u have to start ur process in september then u should consult with ur uni and tell them about your issues

Val is ( vdr approval letter) vdr is a letter for u to get single entry visa

VDR is SEV, in order to get SEV which is single entry visa you need to have val – visa approval letter – when applying at the embassy for sev.

I received a mail from UTM & UKM as I should start applying in October,so should I wait till Oct or what?
Do Malaysian Universities require SOP(Statement of purpose) & LOR(letter of recommendation)?-
You should apply for VAL two months from your intake and you can only apply after you have had your offer letter from a university.
