Dear EMGS, Im studing from Saudi Arabia I have -5 hours time difference.My university is telling all international student are welcomed back to malaysia from the new year and has given 4 pages of procedures to follow.We all thought its a good news but my VAL is still not processed saying you guys are not clear with the government.
