i send them on 17 aug. and it took until today to start raising again.. so it took 6 days

It took 3 working days to go from documents pending yellow 15% to 32% for them submitting documents to Malaysian immigration. It took 2 more working days from that to go to 35% for Malaysian immigration to process the application. The site says it could take 7-10 days to process after 35% is reached. If all document are complete, Is it possible to process less that 14 working days?I am just hopping that emgs will always consider the date of student should present at university.because after VAL we have to process SEV. thank you

hi aulia,
actually its not department of EMGS its from immigration department as far as i know. in my case they took around 20 days after post arrival medical check up so if your medical is done it will take around 15-20 days.
