Hello officer,
Do I have to submit to emgs a proof for english proficiency if my native language is english?
Please note that the unuversity I got accepted at does not require english proficiency test for those whose mother tongue is english.

2. Institution name: Universiti Sains Malaysia

Also, please note that the study medium for my bachelor degree in dentistry was in English.

My sister wants to apply for a student visa for universiti sians malaysia. And she has a 2 years old daughter, how can she apply for her daughter? Do they apply together, her and her daughter, at the same visa?
Please advice and clarify.
