Would this mean I can already collect my passport? Or there are additional steps to follow?

Dear EMGS,

I would like to inquire about the status of my application. Passport no. EC6672268, Philippines.
My VAL was approved last September 15 but I was instructed to pay the service tax as part of the new policy. I was able to settle this two weeks ago.
May I verify, how long would it take for me to download my eVAL? Thank you
