Dear EMGS
My school told me to get the insurance cover stamped from the insurance agency. However the insurance agency does not offer stamping since it has been electronically issued. So I was wondering whether a solicitor can attest it in order to validate the true copy of the insurance cover?

How long does it take to issue the Special Pass for pending Dependent visa applicants?
Can you also please confirm the receipt of payment for the Special Pass that I made via HSBC bank transfer recently? (confirmation ref number: 70841XS6WD0Q)

Please note that the process will normally take approximately 7 working days from the date we submit the passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Please note that we do require documents to be attested for dependant pass applications. Kindly get your institution to advise you on the required documents that need to be attested.
