Questions 1&2&7 A: also give me not vaccinated when iam trying to scan parcodes from my vaccine certificate , so there is a manual option to enter vaccines doses , go to my sejahtera app > traveller > my safe travel> verify your digital covid 19 certificate, and register new user and follow all the steps there .
About my sejahtera app in traveller icons you should finish the steps in first one which is your name shown on and the second one is my safe travel just I mentions before. And sure carry with you your covid19 vaccine certificate , and you don’t need a PCR test if you are fully vaccinated.
Q3 &4&5 A : as I remember there was no disk for EMGS just an immigration desk and I think they are the same because they just for international students , and the desks number are 49 and 50 on the right when you enter the gate to immigration hall, and just they ask for your passport and copy of your admission offer from university and copy of your evaisa from immigration department you should receive it and download it by EMGS APP. And all of this take 30 minutes only for me.

Maybe take three days to update my status, but keep trying on my safe travel to upload your vaccine certificate. Maybe it’s will work for you.

Hi I inputted the info manually and uploaded my vaccine certs. An hour late they were verified.
