Questions 1&2&7 A: also give me not vaccinated when iam trying to scan parcodes from my vaccine certificate , so there is a manual option to enter vaccines doses , go to my sejahtera app > traveller > my safe travel> verify your digital covid 19 certificate, and register new user and follow all the steps there .

Maybe take three days to update my status, but keep trying on my safe travel to upload your vaccine certificate. Maybe it’s will work for you.

Hi I inputted the info manually and uploaded my vaccine certs. An hour late they were verified.

Hi Adrianna. Do U mean Jpeg? This is for the EMGS Connect app I’m talking about not the my sejahtera upload. I cant seem to upload PDFs of Certs and My Flight Ticket (also PDF) Some others also had this problem.

I couldn’t upload from Gmail Drive. Otherwise pdfs now work
