      Hi Ramy,

      Please be informed that your documents are ready to be submitted to Immigration Department for VAL approval. Kindly note that we will proceed with the submission to Immigration Department once we receive instruction. At present, Immigration Department is operating with a minimal headcount. Therefore, we are unable to advise a stipulated timeframe for VAL approval. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
