Hello! Can someone please tell me if i should apply for Travel Authorization after i get my VAL approved or while my VAL is in process?

  Hello,
  You can only apply online for Travel authorization if youŕe an existing student. The online TA application is only required for existing students. If, youŕe a new student then you have to wait for the approval of your eVAL from the immigration. Once your Visa Approval Letter is approved by the Immigration Department, a Travel Authorisation Letter will be issued along with it.

  Please note that once your eVal is approved, the travel authorization will be generated and ready to be downloaded as well.
