You can apply online for evisa. Once you land here you will have to convert it into student visa of one year.

Do check dates on your offer letter…If expired, you may need a new one from your uni.

Took 2-3 days for me for 32 to 35%

Ask the case number from your University and call EMGS and ask them Whats the exact problem.
